- Added production-ready Dockerfiles and .dockerignore for app_python and app_go
- Added LAB02.md documentation for both apps (build/run, decisions, size comparison, multi-stage explanation)
- Reorganized screenshots into docs/screenshots/LAB01/ and docs/screenshots/LAB02/ and updated links in docs
